Computational thinking is a cognitive ability that involves solving problems through abstraction, analysis and logical breakdown so that a solution can be algorithmically automated by ordered steps. Currently, it is a fundamental analytical skill for any person, given the influence of information technology in all scientific and productive areas. Therefore, an effort must be made to include the learning of programming and, with this, contribute to the development of computational thinking.

Blue ant code has been developed by experts from “Universidad Rey Juan Carlos”, Madrid. It is a game for teaching and analysing abilities related to computational thinking, based on free play, with two game modes: individual and collaborative.
